With just six weeks to go for our daughter’s wedding, we had to change our original wedding planner. At that time, we had not finalized the critical vendors like the catering, the wedding hall decorations, mehendi and make-up artists and we did not have a detailed plan for the events. It was under such circumstances, we met with Durga and Deepika from Vedika Creations. Given the challenges, they really took over from there, worked with vendors with whom we had signed contracts and went to work on the ones that were still not finalized. Just within days, we saw an extraordinary turn around!  

Deepika took over the day to day planning and management and was constantly in touch with us for every little detail. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns. She worked very closely with us, understanding our needs and especially what the bride and the groom wanted. All vendors got to know Deepika quickly and worked closely with her for the planning. Durga’s experience and Deepaika’s energy and drive assured us that the wedding was on track. Durga was always available to address any concerns that we had and we felt that they were always two steps ahead of us. 

Day of wedding planning was also managed extremely well, thanks to Deepaika and Durga’s efforts and their team on the ground. This was especially important to us as we had an early morning muhurtam and wanted the function to be done properly within the religious window. They worked overnight to set up the mandap as we needed to wait for the hall to be handed over from a previous wedding.  Deepika’s choice of Hemant Mathur (Saar Resturant) for the catering was very highly praised by the guests. Vedika Creations decorations in the hall stood out, and the overall organization with Deepika coordinating behind the scenes with all vendors, and with the venue managers ensured that the event was glitch free for not just us but for our guests as well. When the venue had an issue with the elevators, she worked with the venue staff even though it was not her primary responsibility. When there was a potential issue of delay with the Baraat car, with minutes to go, Deepika pulled off a back up. It was these little details that made a big difference. 

We had always imagined that the day of the wedding would be the most stressful for the parents in ensuring that the function goes off well, all events on time and making sure that our guests have a memorable experience. Thanks to the superb planning by Deepika and Durga, it was a very calm and stress free experience. Every wedding guest complimented us on the very well organized wedding and said that it was an enjoyable and fun experience. We truly have to thank the dynamic duo of Deepika and Durga for it!

We were exhausted yesterday but getting ready to leave for DC today. We will catch up with you next Monday when we get back. Please prepare the final bill and we will settle it as soon as we get back. Thank you and your entire team for making it all happen.

The wedding was perfect and much better than what we had imagined. The decor was so beautiful and all the arrangements on point. They even planned everything within our budget but the quality of work was not compromised. It was beyond our expectations!

We started our wedding planning process right in the middle of the pandemic with absolutely no clue on what to do or how to start. There’s no way we could have done it without Durga and Deepika who guided us through every step of the way.
Due to the COVID regulations we had to think through every item and had so many last minute decisions to be made, Deepika patiently worked with us on every small piece of detail and was literally our pillar of support through the process.
And we remember when we were looking at venues there were so many restrictions that we were so worried if things might not work out at the last minute but when we met Durga that same day she assured us that she will take care even if there are any last minute restrictions and even showed us another venue which was gorgeous.

Their dedication and service to their clients is EXCEPTIONAL. There were so many instances were they went out of their way to try and help us like finding the accommodation for our families.
Also taking the complete Event management package with Vedika is something we would highly recommend. The entire process and the wedding was handled so seamlessly right from coordinating with the vendors, picking up items the previous day like flowers to setting everything up on time.

THANK YOU so much Durga and Deepika for everything that you did to make our dream come true, it was such a pleasure to work with you !!

Vedika Creation (Ms. Shalini & Ms. Durga) has provided decoration for our daughter’s sweet 16 event at Marigold Banquet Hall in Somerset. During the planning stage, we were very impressed with their personalised touch with minor detail and showing us various decoration options so that we can select the best for us. Team has sufficient staff, allotted time and adjusted extremely well with last minute changes (short time allowed them to fully decorate the hall) and exceeded our expectation. Vedika creations (Durga and Shalu) event managed our daughter's Sweet 16 at Razberry’s.

They did a very professional job with the decorations and made sure the theme was reflected across all the booths, main hall and cocktail area. They paid details to every aspect of the party and they were personally there to make sure that all went well.

The guests were blown away with the Hall, decorations and the ambience.

The food was awesome and the presentation was very special. They made sure that they got the restaurant owner to be at the party so that nothing went wrong. They also made sure that the bar was not backed up and had premium liquor.

I would highly recommend Durga and Shalu for your next event. Without any doubt I would hire them for our next event.

When we walked into the hall on wedding day, it was beyond our expectation. The room was absolutely stunning with the burgundy and gold combination. It went perfectly well with my wedding saree and even the gift we gave to our guest, even though we didn’t plan, it was as if the wedding theme colors were gold and burgundy. The guests specifically mentioned about the beautiful decoration and I would highly recommend your services to anyone. The decoration had everything I hoped for and exceeded my expectations.

You planned well ahead for the snow storm on Saturday and made it happen so well in spite of the storm, I don’t have words to express my gratitude for your dedication.
